I need some Urgent advice
I know I am not the only one experiencing this problem since there is reddit threads and also I have seen people complain on twitter about this to.
I have been selling for roughly 10 months, I normally get 100k - 200k organic impressions with around 500 - 1000 organic views a day over the past 2 days this has dropped to 0 for both views and impressions. I have over 100 listings all multi variant listings where I sell pokemon cards. I have tried speaking with ebay into regards of this issue and was told that they have not been informed of any bugs that are in the system currently.
There are no restrictions on my account and I have not done anything to the listing like edit them for this to be causing a low impression and view rate. As a small start up buisness which has not been running long I cannot afford to have days where I have no views which causes no sales. This is really concerning since that cassini which eBay uses will see the low CTR low impressions and views and will then lower the listing priority down due to these factors.
Is there anyway I can get this sorted out since it looks like this is not the first time ebay has had this problem. Any and all advise is welcome I need to get this sorted out ASAP.
