Previously I have seen on Ebay a Policy that states to return an item the buyer must take care of the item for it to survive transit.
I now cant find this policy.
Has it been removed?
I had an item back and the buyer had not packed it so it was smashed, yet according to ebay stuffing a little bubble wrap around is adequate packing!
Had I sent the item so badly packed, and it arrived smashed the buyer and ebay would have been on my case. Yet the buyers are allowed to make NO effort in protecting an item for shipping and still get their money back!
Has Ebay removed the Policy that the buyer has to take reasonable care to protect the item for transit?
