My partner made a succesful bid on an item,paid immediately , seller stated free postage - i have screenshot to prove this - then demanded extra payment for postage, I contacted ebay, who stated i should contact seller , this i did, she then stated it was collection in person, or i had to pay extra. I posted review to say i had sale not honoured by seller. Ebay withdrew it and when i contacted customer support, they claimed it was the computer automatically deleting it (review was fair and calmly written), and ebay were not willing to repost review or ask seller to honour agreement. Is this a common thing?
