It is sold, it is jsut awaiting payment. Buyer has two days to pay before ebay send a reminder. It is 4 days before you can cancel using reason "buyer did not pay" and gets an unpaid strike.

It is strange that buyer accepts and does not pay immediately, but many like to take their time, or could have accepted on a phone but not be able to pay that way.

Ebay do not let non payers get aay with it,it is sellers who do.  Sellers can block any member with two or more unpaid strikes, and if all did this Non payers would soon find bidding and not paying rather difficult.
