Hi,
I have sold an item on Ebay, I live in the UK the buyer in Italy. I quoted £20 p&p & insurance to send to the global shipping centre (Derby) and buyer pays the rest.
When printing the invoice I only get his address and ebay transaction/item number, no GSP address and details. I have sold items abroad before thru ebay and don't understand why I have no GSP address and am unsure what to do.
Any ideas anyone, help appreciated.
