when do I return my refunded item?

Hello,

I started a refund a while ago and heard nothing from the seller so asked ebay to get involved, ebay then refunded me, should I now return the item?

I have never returned anything before and am sure at no point did it say to return the item (I thought this seemed strange) but am starting to wonder whether I missed something?

Any help would be great 🙂

If ebay have forced the refund and the seller did not ask in the dispute for the item to be returned then ebay take it that the seller did not want the item back

You do not have to return it.

The seller may request that you do when they realise they have refunded and lost their item too

I would hang onto it a little while and see what  happens

If the seller wants it back then ask the to send a pre paid label to return it ( that is if you want to do that)

If they dont send a label then dont send it back
