what's happenning to ebay

I just had my 5th non-delivery in seven buys , paid for items with paypal , nothing arrives , no communications report to ebay and refund arrives eventually; is this some new short term cash loan scam ? where these guys get my money for a week or two before I get it back I can't see any other reason , anyone else in the experts member section have an idea or how to spot these people all with 99+% positive feedback , I sure can't buy anything expensive on ebay at the moment I don't want hundereds or thousands tied up by some scam or just an incompetent seller for up to 3 weeks

5 out of 7, if different sellers then the problem could be your local office.

Negative feedback mentioning ebay/PayPal refunded means the feedback can be removed if the seller asks eBay.

4 of the 5 cancelled the sale due to not having any the 5th provided fake tracking so who know what THEY were up to , possibly badly organised drop shipping attempt, so nothing to do with post we had already investigated the post office and front cameras show nothing untowards , done enough times this gives the sellers a handy cash flow through paypal

now 6 out of 8 purchases not sent /not delivered/out of stock / fake notice of posting or fake tracking
