I bought a dualshock controller (PS4), and reported the defect on 23 Jun, the Seller asked me to send a Video which I provided on the same day and after that today, 28 Jul. I noticed that the return is closed. I don't know what this means but nothing has been refunded and no return email received. Please can you look into this carefully
