On 07/25/2021 I wanted to buy the Electric Meat Mincer Zelmer ZMM4048B item, but while making a payment of £ 161.99 something strange happened, I received the message "please confirm the card number. When I re-entered the card number and pressed the pay option, there was a message that I have checked the bank account, I have a confirmation that the payment has been made and the required amount has been removed from my account. Therefore, I do not know if the purchase was made? I do not have any confirmation for this. There is no item purchased by me in the shopping tab. Explanation what happened to my money?

Without being able to see the details it's difficult to suggest what happened.

If the payment was made through eBay's checkout by a credit or debit card you will be covered by eBay's money back guarantee, provided the payment was successful - which your bank apparently confirms that it was.

One thing that's slightly worrying is your comment that the purchase "is not in your shopping tab". You need to check the recent purchase history in your "My eBay" pages. If you bought it correctly through eBay's checkout, there will be a record of it.

If there is no record of it, how did you pay? Was the sale arranged privately with the seller, and not through eBay? If so, this is fee evasion, and not allowed. The sale would have nothing to do with eBay, and you would have no buyer protection.
