14/03 I went through the rigmarole of obaining vouchers for my Nectar points, and at the checkout, paying though Paypal found the item was no longer available.

By 17/03 another was available, and I tried to use my voucher, worth some £22-odd, but it asked for a code - which I do not have. I tried going back through Nectar for a code but it considers it's all spent, as my point are back to zero.  eBay's Nectar points page says I have none, as well - yet clearly, I do on the checkout page, copied below.

Of course I'm vexed, and wonder if anyone can clarify this for me?  At the checkout it says I have £22-odd-worth of points that wont expire until 2018, but damned if I can find a voucher code to use them!

Can anyone help?  I'm too stupid to find an answer in eBay, obvs., so would love it if anyone can come to my aid - the freeview box died, and there's a reconditioned one I could use thepoints for!
