Hi all, how do we get a VAT Invoice from the seller for an item we have purchased, do we contact them direct like Amazon

Yes, you need to contact them as the invoice you get from either ebay or paypal don't deal with VAT. If the seller is not VAT registered either of those invoice will suffice.
