I bought 3 items from the one seller. I repeatedly asked him for a total taking into account combined postage. He didn't reply for 9 days and that was only after I left neutral feedback saying so. He then opened 3 unpaid item cases against me. I appealed the cases individually and ebay replied to all 3 with
"Thank you for contacting us about the unpaid item recorded on your account. Based on the information you gave us, we've removed the unpaid item from your account."
My question is do I need to pay (I have 2 days to do so) or is that it decided - I won't get strikes? The 3 cases are still open. TIA

If i were you i would get back onto Ebay customer services.
How can they say they have removed the unpaid cases and yet you appear to have 3 cases still open?
What usually happens is...... Seller closes the cases after 4 full days.... get their fees back..and the Buyer gets an automatic non payment strike for each case.
IF as ebay say they have removed the unpaid cases from your account then my question would be...why do you still have 3 cases open ?????
