undelivered item in Global Shipping Programme

I sold and sent an item using Hermes & Global Shipping, dispatched on 20.10.19.    On 24.10.19 tracking was marked as being at the Staffordshire cdntre for processing , custom docs etc. & cleared custom on the 26th.

Since then it has floated around in circles back & forth and finally on 06.11.19 it was marked as unabe to deliver & returning to sender. Until today neither I nor the purchaser have received it.  The purchaser has tried to contact GSP with no luck at all.

How can I contact Globa Shipping asap to find out what on earth they are doing.  The purchasers delivery address has been used by GSP several times before without any problems & indeed has just reeived another parcel a day or two ago.

The service is dreadful & I nor the purchaser cannot seem to be able to find out what they are up to - this item should never be returned to me as it is entirely GSP own incompetent mistake & over a month now it is still floating around in their system somewhere.

You are not responsible for items that go missing once they have reached the hub safely

The buyer needs to open a not received dispute and they need to make ebay aware it was GSP

You also need to do that

Dont refund as you have to deal with this carefully

You aren't responsible for item loss or damage that occurs after the item reaches the UK Shipping Centre. Once an item has been forwarded by the UK Shipping Centre, you won't be responsible for refunding the buyer if an eBay Money Back Guarantee or PayPal Buyer Protection case is filed against you for one of the following reasons: A buyer claims an item isn't received or a package is damaged in transit.

There is a link to contact ebay ( if it works)
