I use APPLE and IOS products.
I recently purchased an item from ebay with my account. The following day at around 9pm (Brisbane time) I recieved 18 emails from ukrswebhelp@ebay.com. This email sender new the member id from whom I purchased goods and new my ebay id. It also stated the account had been locked down and that no other communication would be allowed. The item was paid for with Paypal through Ebay,
Is this a geneuine email adress. What should my next steps be. I will also email Apple Support.

- Yes my eBay account was still set to UK - but I live in Brisbane (now correctled and thanks for the tip)
- eBay has added this on my account against the purchased item. Although it apprears in transit with mail.
We had to remove this listing from the site and you're not required to complete the transaction. • Where an item is removed by eBay either for a compromised account or an item not permitted for sale on eBay then the case procedure to obtain a refund is different.

• The item being removed means that the payment details are no longer linked to the purchase in eBay as that transaction has been made null & void.
•
• The procedure is therefore either to phone Customer Services & request they open a case on your behalf or to move the Money Back Guarantee case over to Paypal.

• Log into Paypal & find the transaction, click on it & then when the detail appears you check to see if the payment is pending or unclaimed.....if so cancel the payment.......if however the payment has complete.....once the last estimated delivery date has passed choose the "resolve a problem" link.

• Open a case for item not received
•
• Add in the case notes that the item was removed by eBay.
•
• You can escalate the transaction after 2 days for Paypal to step in to resolve the case
in any case is the item still in your purchases, if so just wait to see if it arrives, if not open a Not Received Case to get a refund. JUst do not click on anything in the messages!!

Are you now in Brisbane ?? ... suggest that eBay security has picked up on your UK Registered and Based account address; if so, >
You need to change the Country of Registration to Australia from the UK ...
