I am having problem trying to list items today anyone else having problems?

No,  no problems like that reported.

Have you tried the usual ?  Clearing cache and cookies?

Also what device are you using?  The useless eBay app?  Ditch it,  it's dreadful for  running an aBay account fully and successfully. 

Use a laptop / PC / Browser,  and Google Chrome / Firefox are eBay friendly.  IE no longer eBay compatible.

Using iPad never had this problem before just noticed another member having same problems as myself must be a tech issue have contacted eBay no reply yet

Seems to be a problem with quick listing tool,
switch to advanced/business tool, ignore warning.

Does it cost to use business tool

No.
Gives many more options to use or not use, e.g. best offer on auction.

Just ignore that it says it's for business and high volume sellers only, it isn't, it's for everyone to use, and there is no extra charge. There you will find more control over all aspects on your listing. @katiem_4948
