A buyer has taken a case out against me for item not received. It was sent on the 14th and delivered and signed for on the 16th. They have said that they havent signed for it and on the royal mail website it doesnt show a signature but a name that she says isnt hers and blaming me I sent to the wrong address, on the receipt it is her house number and postcode. She is demanding a refund but as a buyer I shouldnt have to pay back as I have proof it is delievered surely she has to follow it through ?
