It is the cost of postage labels purchased through eBay
if you use eBay's SHUTL service to print & post your items then this charge will appear with your monthly eBay charges under "eBay SHUTL".....this is because these charges are no longer made at the time of printing, they are only made after the label has actually been used by the courier service & is billed once a month. You are not charged where you print a label & then do not use that courier service
