sellers address for returning an item

Hi guys

I need a little bit of guidance, I won an item that arrived defective and didnt work, although the seller stated no returns, he agreed to refund once he recieved the item, however he is not responding to my request for his address so that i can send the item back, all i want to do is send him his faulty goods back and retrieve my money so that I can get myself a new one.

How can a find out his address so that I can send it back

Open a case for "I received an item that does not match the seller's description." http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

If the seller doesn't respond escalate after 8 days, you will be given a returns label at the sellers expense.

Don't send back to any address the seller gives you, only the one ebay provide others you will have no buyer protection.
