i have purchased two sale items which are not fit for purpose !
first after contacting seller (drew a blank ) was able to fill in negative feedback.
second after contacting seller (drew a blank) unable to fill in negative feedback because the item has been withdrawn.
ebay make it as difficult to complaint directly.
they shield seller -and allow them to trade and supply rubbish items. customers lose their monies .
this is a disgrace .
Messages and Feedback comments is/are not the way to handle disputes ... have you ? >
Opened a formal 'Not as described' (damaged/faulty etc.) eBay case within 30 days from item delivery date, escalate to eBay on 4th. day and continue to completion ... ignore any Seller promises >
