seller performance below standard

This is so confusing, how do I put it right?  I have answered all queries from customers and I have 100% feedback.

The 3 neutrals you recveived probably gave you defects on your account if  refunds were made directly through Paypal,  and not the correct way ,  that is,  through open cases,  and within 8 days,  that way there is no defect on your account.

 

It is a shame,  as it is too late to have the first two removed,  which you could have done,  as they mention refunds,  this is against feedback rules,  and you could have phoned eBay CS to remove those,  and asked for any defects alongside,  to be removed too.

 

Unfortunately,  they are over 6 months old so too late.  Your standard will prob be back to 100% when those neutrals drop off in 6 months,  as long as you do not receive any more.
