seller not responding after item not as it should be

an item purchased was not complete, i have contacted 3 times and no response. when i go to get e-bay involved i cant link the purchase as item not coming up in  my recent purchases.

gone passed 30 days, via ebay and paypal

30 days on ebay but 180 days on paypal.

item not removed, still has more when i go to his shop, but not coming up on my listing of purchases, therefore when i click link "ask ebay to step in" it ask you to click purchase that you are refering to, but its not in my list.

The seller may not have been removed but the item may have been. If you bought it then it should be in your purchases and if not then it has most probably been removed. You can phone ebay and see what they say

i am on chat with ebay now, but seems like a lot of work, say i need to contact my financial institution????

When did you buy it? Did you buy on ebay and pay by paypal?. You have 30 days to open a dispute on ebay are you out of time?. Did you pay by card as that is probably why they are saying to contact your bank
