seller not paying for returns

i received a pot of make up with faulty seal.contacted seller, may as well have been  i sat under a light as i was grilled !!!   they were reluctant to pay returns until i sent it back for them to inspect.

 

somehow e bay sent me a message to say the seller was sending me a returns label which wasa load of rot  as i contacted the seller,they said no.So i returned it paid the postage now they are refunding me full payment but no mention of returns ???   im sick of the site going ound in circles to get action and e bay have closed the case I never opened.

 

been on to chat help which was as useful as a choclate fireguard, they dont listen ,having to repeat myself constantly, im fuming as tis seller needs to take responsibility.Finally got e bays tele number  but presume i will be going round in circles again if I ring them.   I have the message e bay sent me re the postage label  so thats why I never openend up a case .

 

HELP!!!!!!
