seller has not left feedback

I bought 2 items from different sellers, one in UK and one in China and neither have left feedback for me as a purchaser. But I left their feedback as soon as the items arrived.  I have emailed them asking if they could please leave my feedback, but still nothing.   I am new to Ebay so obviously i want to get my  score up as its only a 10 at the moment, so every little helps as they say.  My question is.... do purchases count in your Ebay score as well as sold items?  If so, how do I get my feedback reply out of them.?

Purchases do show in your feedback score but buyer feedback is meaningless now, buyers can only ever get positive feedback so all it shows is that you bought stuff, you could be the buyer from hell and still have 100%

FB is voluntary, some sellers leave it in batches every so often, some no longer bother to leave it now
