When seller cancels an order that has been paid for, do ebay organise the refund direct to the customer on seller's behalf. I have cancelled such an order and have a note from ebay saying that I have refunded the customer, but customer is asking me where is her refund? I don't want to refund her twice!
She is still saying she hasn't received it. I definitely did not refund her myself because ebay or paypal have taken it out of my paypal account so does this mean they refunded her on my behalf?
