i brought a washing machine from samsung on july 2015 . now it has a motor error . called samsung . they need a receipt for buying the machine . where do i get the receipt?
Go to the account tab on your my ebay page then Summary then invoices and see what you can find there
It will not include all the information
You can try paypal and the original payment if you paid that way.
That is all you can try
