sales report for vat return

Hi

How do we get the correct sales report? 

I have a vat return to do, i need 3 months sales.

When i go to performance then sales and custom the 3 months i need i get a figure. BUT....

When i go to seller report plus or go to each monthy ebay invoice it will give me my monthly sales but each set of figures are away off. 

How can i get this fixed or get answers asap. Thanks

don't use ebays reports, paypals are better or so I'm told

Surly there must be a report got handy on ebay? It was easy to get the report for the months i needed but i do not know why there is a big difference in the figure on each monthly ebay invoice

one ebay report will include VAT the other doesn't

or it might be P&P or both

I am having no joy so far. I was on phone with ebay and they could not give me a straight answer so i am not any wiser at all.

What other options have i without having to go over every single sale to work out the VAT.

Paypal i couldnt figure out either. We use paypal for other things not just ebay.
