ive sold something on ebay,but i dont deliver out of england,what do i do
You have excluded overseas countries on your listings so you buyer won't be able to pay unless they are in the UK.
Open an unpaid case to get your ebay fees back and put their ID on your blocked list so they can't bid on any more of your items.
