what happens when the seeler cannot supply a return slip for my unwanted item

If it is just unwanted then it is a change of mind return and you pay for the label, The seller does not have to send one

If it was a not as described item then you open the dispute in the resolution centre and the seller sends a pre paid label

If they dont then you escalate the dispute and ebay force it

This drill does not work properly. I tried to recharge the battery and when the charge light indicated the pack was recharged as per manufacturers instructions. The drill was very sluggish and it was clear that the battery hadn't taken a recharge. The batteries are faulty on this item and I would like a full refund.

WE can not hurry anything as we are members like yourself. Have you opened a returns dispute?> If you have then that is the wrong dispute for your problem and it should have been a My item is not as described. You can only open one dispute so if you opened the wrong one then you have to go with it and pay the postage. If you close it then you can not open another one. The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page
