i sold something and buyer wants to return as "not as descripition " so fine but as it will only be 75p to send it back i do not want to spend 2.99 for return label do you think i should offer
OK so you charge £1.80 - £3.30 P&P to send items but it will only cost 75p to return ??
All items returned through the eBay Money Back Guarantee must be returned tracked ....the minimum will be around £2.05 for that service without the buyer purchasing a new envelope etc to return the item
