the seller has accepted my returns after they arrived faulty ,they say they have issued a returns postage label but they havent,ive suggested i send the postage stamps i bought  back to them using some of  their stamps they had sent me and they agreed,was i silly and should have waited to get a returns label through ebay as the sellers could say theyve not received my returns

Hopefully the item was larger than a letter size,  and hopefully you kept that proof of postage,  as there is a 16 digit number on that proof.

Then enter that number into the case details,  and eBay inform the seller they have 48 hours to refund you,  if they do not ,you escalate the case,  and eBay step in and fully refund you.  

Without that number or a tracking number,  you will not win a case and no way to enforce the seller to refund you.

hi i havent sent them back yet,i almost did it and then thought better of it,i bought postage stamps from them and two were damaged,i now dont want to send them back without proof,it would only be an envelope size and i wouldnt have any proof i sent them back,so the people i bought them from could say i never sent them back to them ,when i started the returns,i noticed they have said to ebay that they have sent a returns postage label,to me which they havent.
