I returned goods to the seller and got a refund, however the seller refused the parcel and it was returned to me. What do I do, just keep it?

Stupid of seller to refuse it, as they still have to refund you.
Keep for a while, say 28 days, incase seller wants it back (they have to send money or label) then either bin or donate it.
