I purchased this chair in Feb, it is completely faulty and I am having trouble finding this on my purchase history

On your Purchase History page,  make sure top left Not Hidden is selected,  then go top right to See Orders from,  and select the period you wish to view.

You will also find details in your Paypal account >>  Invoices,  if you paid with Paypal.

If you cannot manage this on an app or phone,  you will need to switch to a laptop / PC to do this.
