i used a different e mail address to access my e bay account i now want to return the item i have the confirmation e mai but when i click on veiw order i get a banner saying i must be loogen onto the correct account or as a guest to start the process tried as a guest put in the e mail nothing help

You seem to have bought as a guest.  Look up how the money back guarantee works when you do that.

i am on the e bay chat line it appears i have 2 accounts which is rare luckily it was only £2 so i might just have to lose it . see what happens
