I have been dealing with an ebay custmer service rep sorting out a case. I have been on hold now for 1 hour 28 mins, this is not right.
You would be wasting your time.
Ebay dont do complaints unless you write to the address on the user agreement at the bottom of the page

All problems with items should be sorted out in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
