hello,

we purchased a dvd set afew days ago but within 24hrs Ebay had removed the listing and weve not recieved the dvds. How do we get a refund?

If the option to open an item not received dispute is not available in ebay then log into your paypal account and use their resolution process.

Ignore any references to the fact it was an ebay purchase or you will get pinged back here. Scroll down the page and find the option to continue with paypal. You can escalate  the dispute immediately but paypal usually take a week to give you a decision/refund.
