Don't know what to do. Item I sold wasn't delivered so I refunded the buyer from Paypal then the buyer opened a case with ebay who found against me and issued a refund so I have refunded him twice! I can't seem to contact ebay and the buyer won't answer messages. What should I do?

Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page and explain what happened. Lines open at 8.00 am.

 

You don't just Refund from PayPal. That doesn't link to anything you have Sold on Ebay. 

 

You ask Buyers to open an EBay Case for Item Not Received and Refund through the Case. You Receive an EBay Final Value Fee Credit. 

 

Always Add the Tracking Number into Dispatch.
