Hi, I received damaged item and returned it back to seller, but I haven't received any refund and on 19th which is today I am aloud to get eBay help but I can't see anywhere how to do so can you help me out please?
Did you send it back using a returns label that either the seller or eBay gave you?
Did you add the tracking number to the return?
If you just returned it without a pre-paid label, you will need a tracking number to prove that the seller has their item back. Without a tracking number, you will not win an eBay dispute.
