refund of nectar points?

I paid for an item partially with nectar points, the item was broken on arrival, the seller was informed and agrees to a full refund. I have received the cash side of the payment but how do i get the nectar points back. I have a message from ebay stating I have been paid in full? there is no refund of points on the "Nectar on Ebay" site. 

Does anyone know how to contact Ebay on this matter, without paying for a probable long phone call on a 0345 number. Does Ebay still have a chat line?

You will be issued with another nectar voucher.

If you return items purchased using your Nectar voucher, we can only issue you a new voucher if you've returned all items from the transaction. If you only return one item from a multi-item transaction, we won't be able to issue you a new voucher.

Hi Tobias…. Thanks for the quick reply. The seller refunded me without asking for the item to be returned. The seller states he has refunded me completely. I have received only 0.45p and I am still awaiting the equivalent of £12.50p in nectar points. (Nectar points 2500). I have been informed by Ebay that the seller has paid in full. You use “we” twice…. Do you work for Ebay?…. I have checked my “Nectar on Ebay" site and there is no voucher there.

My reply was taken from Nectar FAQ's, I don't know how long voucher takes to be refunded, keep checking Nectar under ebay summary,see here:
