Hello ebay is no more web site of trust i bought one item and the seller cancel the order, ebay still no refund me

Did you send an item back?  Did you not receive an item?

Did you open a case?  Did you remember to escalate ?

Is this a Private seller with a No Returns Policy ??

I made a purchase from a seller in croatia everything normal so far, payment made by paypal everything ok. The seller contacted me saying that ebay had withheld the payment to his account, I contacted ebay myself to find out what was wrong ebay's response was that the seller did not have his account details up to date and had some problems with your account, so the seller canceled the purchase. From then on the refund was always pending, I contacted paypal they advised to open a dispute to analyze why this delay for the money to return to my account and ebay notified me that when opening the dispute the refund had been canceled

When you opened the case for item not received, it gave the buyer 3 days to refund you if not, you needed to escalate on day 4, if no action was taken by you, the case times out and closes. You cannot open another case for this item with eBay. Open one now with Paypal, escalate after 2 days and before 20 to start the refund process. Paypal do take longer to refund, as they delve into cases more deeply, than eBay do.
