hi, i brought a top of ebay and it was not as listed ie there was stains and bobbling on the top, so the ladies said i can return it, now do i pay the return postage, if not how does she pay me to post it back
The seller should pay for the return. If you have sent a return request when she accepts it it will give her the option to send you a return postage label for you to print out and use. It should be for trackable postage as you need to enter the tracking number into the return if you need to escalate it to ebay.
