Hi sorry this is a long one...i won a designer item at auction for £77 and paid for it straightaway. The seller marked it as dispatched the next day then a couple of days later said the item is damaged so can't send out. I asked for pictures and said maybe i could get a partial refund if i'm still happy to take it. He refused to give pictures and said there wouldn't be a discount as the item was already priced well below the price he wanted. When i asked for pictures he told me he would relist the item! After a lot of to and fro i decided to accept his offer of a refund. I left negative feedback because i didnt want someone else to go through the same ordeal because it was actually very stressful for me. A few days later he asked why i left negative feedback saying he is a new seller and he thought it was defamatory. Once i explained why i left negative feedback he asked if i could take it off if he sends me the coat (which was relisted without any damage btw). I said yes i would if he could rectify the issues but send it through recorded delivery. He disagreed with that and said he would drop it off to my address (which he obviously got through my earlier purchase) I then noticed he has relisted a couple of other items that were on auction last week that had also been sold. He also put a few BIN listings of £200 with blank photos presumably so he could utilise the max £1 fees. So i definately don't want the item now and all these things make me think this seller is fraudulent but I'm feeling a little bullied into retracting my feedback especially since he's very quick to come to my address. Hi I am after a little support and advice, have upped my selling recently (covid redundancy) and experienced a number of time wasters non payers etc but today's little gem is off the scale.  Buyer won the auction last night then messaged me this morning to say he had more than one account and bought the same item elsewhere so cancel it no need to involve eBay.  However I wanted my fees back and to try second chance offer so said i would seek advice from eBay.  He then became difficult about wasting his time and has despite being blocked by me proceeded to message me throughout the day threatening a formal complaint if I dont leave it and has left me really awful feedback (words removed by eBay a unfounded but -ve shown there until I can raise unpaid item tomorrow) he is sending me screen shots of conversations he is having on chat with eBay where they are supporting him and reassuring him that he is their priority and they are sorry about his upset along with laughing faces and lunacy ha ha has?!?!  At what stage do eBay protect the seller who pays them fees against dishonest buyers and why does being blocked not work for messages?  ... I ordered two items from the seller in med and large got a mail with a tracker number on 30th November  7 days  later it hasn't moved I suspect it's fake tracking number as items ordered after that with Royal Mail tracker have arrived quickly plus the seller is no longer a member. I'm deeply suspicious..any advice ... View more
