I can't understand why there is no description of the purchased item in PayPal, just an order number. When I have to fill my tax return form I need accurate description. I cannot remember all my purchases. Why this thingss are happening between eBay and PayPal. I know it is for the money and customers, but at the end customers are struggling to get needed info.   I need to check my PayPal account for the last three years. Morning all,   Just a quick one. I've had a number of challenges with eBay customer support over the past month, a total of 6 points that I've just reached the end of my tether with. after 30+ messages with eBay chat the only complaints process they could provide was to write to a Dublin address which seems very archaic but hey ho.   I've sent my letter tracked postage and and yesterday delivery was attempted but failed as "no one was in".   Of course I'm going to give it this week and review but is anyone aware of any other ways to complain to eBay beacuse I'm doing everything I can not to explode (I'm very rational and composed but eBay are testing me).   Any help appreciated. ... I recently bought an item which arrived with insufficient postage. The incurred cost was more than the price of the item.  I have been refunded the cost of the item but am still out if pocket. When my auctions come to an end unsold, ebay automatically relist them.  I've noticed  recently that when re-listing, ebay change my pricing to show I'll consider offers.  I list items at the lowest price I'll accept so my question is: Can I alter my setting so that when re-listing ebay stick to my preferred pricing policy? Hello. I recently won a bid and instantly realised I'd bid on the wrong item,I contacted the seller straight away to explained the situation and ask that they cancell my bid/order but have no heard back - I have sent 4 more messages over the last 3 days since winning the item and the seller is still not getting back to me. Good day ! I bought this shoe as indicated in the description (new in the box) I will clarify again - new !!! The seller sent worn shoes with dirty soles, the insole has traces of perspiration, the inner lining also shows signs of wear - all this can be seen from the photos I attached. The seller deliberately did not take a photo of the sole during the sale. Seisas, he claims that they were worn once (this was not indicated in the description of the lot when selling.) And I myself have been selling shoes for more than 12 years, I can say with confidence that I have worn them more than once.
