Hiya everyone,

I won eBay's decision and returned a pair of jeans recorded over 10 days ago and still have not got a refund. How long does the seller get to refund me please?

Also, i have spent hours looking for an email address to forward my complained on the eBay but i can not find one anywhere?

Why didn't you read the instructions, if seller does not refund then you escalate to ebay to deal with.

You have to deal with problems yourself using the tools provided by ebay and reading and following instructions.
