I would like to say that all of the cases have been resolved on this account and that I would like to start using it again. All of the cases that have led to the restrictions on this account were caused by confusion over payments. To explain this I have attached a picture from this account - sold items On the items that appear in the attachment it says that I received money via paypal. That is not true, the money never appeared on my paypal balance. After I sold each item I would receive a message saying that I will receive money on a certain date. That never happened. Here is a message which I send to: Tomco97 on 1st of April 2020 "I am confused on wherever you paid for the wheel already. I am getting couple of messages from eBay. "It looks like the buyer has not paid for this item yet. You should wait until you receive payment before dispatching this order." Your funds will be available on: 11/04/2020*." "Information about your funds is temporarily unavailable. Please come back later." Also the call centre is closed, and I can't get any advice on that." I am confused as I got a 2nd account which I have been using for years without any issue. With regards, Kacper 08/06/21 Due to not meeting eBays selling performance standard, purely as a business decision, we have decided to part ways with this account and its ability to sell on the site since 01/20th and was communicated to you via email. I know this may not have been the answer that you were hoping for, but this decision is final and cannot be appealed anymore. Furthermore, to add more to the confusion the guy from ebay customer service said that everything was resolved and that there are no more issues with the account. Today when I tried to contact ebay, they only copy and paste formulas without actually willing to help me. Who can help me?
