Selling issue

Hello, 

I'm new to selling here, although I've bought a few things, I'm having issues listing items. I can proceed all the way to the screen that sends a text or calls my phone. The number is correct, it's the same number eBay verified, but I never receive a text or call, it just keeps saying to check everything is correct. What am I missing here?

I literally can't use or have eBay reach out to contact, my number of which they verified. I continue to receive the something went wrong... message. Everything else seems fine, it's just the verification page that's being awkward.
