Once I've purchased an item if I want to contact the seller to either complain over condition or damage,  I cant send photos has theres a black screen over where camera icon is, and i know ebay are stopping me from sending or communicating photos, WHY?  as ive a right to be able to do so once I've purchased and payed for the item, I realise I cant do it before  purchasing it,  What can I do? Hi everyone,Just a bit of advice please: I sent an item recorded signed for and the buyer said they didn't receive it.  I went on the Post Office website and it showed and recorded delivery and an initialled signature.  I sent photos from the post office website to the buyer.  The buyer is saying someone else in the block must have signed and taken it.  That may be the case, but the buyer wants a refund from me.  I can't claim from the post office because in fact it isn't my item and also they say it was delivered and signed for.  My buyer is quite aggrieved and thinks this is my problem and I should sort it out.  I will help of course, but not sure what I can do?  Has anyone else experienced something similar.  I tried ebay's q&a but couldn't find an answer.  Thank you. ...
