Does anyone else have the same problem with people winning an item and then not paying or answering emails.

I swear I've tried to sell a phone 4 times.

I'm just about ready to give up with eBay.

No need to chase non payers anymore ! ... 

See the recently introduced eBay Auto opened and actioned  > Unpaid/Cancel < case process which can be closed after 5 days later to recover the FVF selling fees due and Non payers are given a non payment defect/strike = 'After 5 calendar days, sellers can cancel the transaction using the 'Buyer hasn't paid' reason in Seller Hub'.'

It would be wise to stop leaving non-payers false positives as its serious feedback abuse that can damage your account.
