From July 2, I noticed an indication in red showed up on the payout page: " Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. Please go to Messages in My eBay for information about your account status." Then we received an email from ebay that requires us to upload my passport and bank statement to verify my account. During the verification process, I entered the wrong microdeposit amount for too many times, and the verification process failed. One week later, we tried to verify my account again following ebay representative's instructions, it stoppped sending me any microdeposit. When we are supposed to receive microdeposit after confirming my bank details, we did not receive microdeposit. Even we tried the button “back to bank sign-in’, it does not help. It only leads me to fill in my bank details again, and then leads us to the microdeposit page. Still, the samething, ebay ask us to enter the microdeposit, but ebay does not send to us! We consulted ebay representative, they told me that we should click the button "Back to bank sign-in" and continue the verification process. We followed the tips and tried again, nothing, it just leads me back to square one, to log in and entering our bank account details, and then lead me again to the microdeposit page again, still, it does not give me any microdeposit amount to complete the verification. It is so reficulous! My money has been held by ebay for almost a month, and I have no money to pay to the supplier and the shipping company. My fund is tightened up so severely, and ebay just told me to wait for 7 day. After 7 days passed, they did not give me any reply, I had to call ebay again, they told me to verify my ccount again and wait antoher 7 days, but they did not give us a single word about the what the reason lies in, or what they did to solve my issue. Just wait again and again, till my store is shut! Attached are every step that I followed ebay representatives' instructions, and the screenshots ebay's page. We did every step correctly. Please help us! I have not received a single payout since 2 July. I do feel like ebay pretend this is a technical error that prevent it from releasing the payout, but actually ,they want our shop to shut down then keep my money forever.
