I just wanted to thank Ebay and Paypal fpr their help with my dispute with a seller. Their help and intervention, especially, Ebay's efforts, solved the dispute immediately. Thank you.

Sorry, It seems that I was on the wrong site to express my thanks. Thank you all for leaving comments, but it is difficult to comment when not conversant with the whole case. I, herewith, give notice, as a matter of courtesy, that I won't reply to any more comments as, after the horrific ordeal I went through, I would like now to move on. Omigosh, @rspi9309  you have an unnaturally high amount of purchases that have had issues resulting in you leaving negative feedback. 

If I saw you place a bid on any of my listings I'd immediately cancel and block you, the copious amount of neutrals and negs left for previous transactions make you look like the potential buyer from hell.

Over the years I must've had over ten thousand buying transactions and not managed to leave more than 2 negs and 1 neutral.

PLEASE, don't comment on a subject you do not know the background of. If I am asked to leave a "feed-back" I then reply and give my HONEST opinion! If a seller doesn't want to receive constructive feed-backs, then one should not be asked to give it. By the way, I never 'bid' for anything, I always buy straight away. Your opinion of me is of no consequence, if a seller gives good service then there is nothing to worry about. It seems that you are not quite conversant with ALL my comments made, as MOST are complimentary! You van cancel/block me at any time, it does not matter to me.

Rarely do we see such a large ratio of negative feedback left. It's not the norm, clearly you're very, very unlucky with your purchases. If sellers complain about you and ask eBay to look at the feedback you've left for others, you may not be covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee for much longer. I've seen buyers sanctioned for way less.

I can see that you have left positive for some sellers with some complimentary comments; that's not the point. It's the ratio of poor feedback you're leaving against the positives.

You are right, I have made VERY bad experiences buying from Ebay. As I said before, I don't leave negative feed-back for the sake of it. I am an old lady, depending to buy on-line, I pay what is asked for the item, and I do expect to have a product that is fit for purpose. I have better things to do than giving buyers a bad time, When I was still in business, it was expected to give good service for the money one paid - this does not seem to apply anymore these days.

I'll agree with that, buying online is a minefield now. Some sellers have a different idea of what it is they're selling to what they're actually selling.

Thank you for your understanding. It is not easy for me to shop, hence to have to do it on-line. I am a polite person and do expect to be treated with respect and politeness in return and not with contempt, rudeness and being argumentative just to make their point, which does not solve anything. I believe that, in order to sort out a problem, one has to try to come half way, especially since the product was still in the sellers possession.As a buyer, one is totally in the hands of the seller - VERY difficult.
