problem with add to basket

when i click on the add to basket it gets stuck on the loading screen

What browser are you using?  IE is no longer compatible so try Chrome or Firefox both eBay friendly.

Using the eaby app?  Switch to a laptop / PC  /browser,  see if that helps.

Clear cache and cookies too.

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer

Restart your computer 

If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome

when i have the items i want to purchase saved in a folder they have icons to the left of them, the ones with a briefcase icon work fine but the ones with a grey globe like icon seem to have this problem.
I use firefox so i don't think my browser is the problem.
